1. Q: Can you accept OEM?
A: Yes. All the products and packages are customized as requests. Toothbrushes are made with requested Pantone colors and printing. Packages are with customers' own brands and artworks.

2. Q: Where can I put my logo?
A: Logo can be printed on toothbrush handle (PP part), blister card, inner box and master carton.

3. Q: How can I get samples?
A: Samples are free, but courier charges paid by the customers which will be refunded when finalizing the order.

4. Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Normal 30,000 - 50,000pcs per regular item.

5. Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Normal payment term is: 30% T/T in advance, 70% against copy of B/L.

6. Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: For MOQ 30,000 pcs, normal lead time is about 30 days, 40 days for 01x40HQ, 60 days for 03x40HQ.
